Addressing the vulnerabilities prevalent in our community \u201chead-on\u201d is the first step to treating with, and eventually solving the problem.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em>This is where the Belmont Patriots come in. We have created community development programs that take us to the areas of focus.
